1 lb flank steak
1 cup bell peppers, sliced
1 cup onions, sliced
1/2 cup matchstick carrots
1 cup broccoli florets
2 green onions, sliced into 1 inch pieces
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp cornstarch
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ginger
1 clove minced garlic
Cut flank steak thinly across the grain. Add to a bowl and mix with soy sauce and cornstarch. Allow to marinate at least 15 minutes.
Prepare your sauce and put aside.
Over high heat add in oil to a wok or large skillet. Fry steak on each side about 2 minutes in batches if necessary to avoid crowding the pan.
Remove from pan and add in all of your vegetables besides the green onions. Cook 2-3 minutes before adding the sauce and steak back in. Cook another minute or so and add in green onions. Enjoy!
