2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup cold butter
1 cup milk
Pinch of salt

Sugar coating:
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp granulated sugar
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 stick butter melted

1/2 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp heavy cream
Add cream in slowly stirring constantly and add until desired consistency

Preheat oven to 350.

In a large bowl add in flour, salt, and baking powder. Add cold butter cut into small pieces and using a fork, your fingers or a pastry’s cutter make butter into pea sized pieces.

Slowly add in the milk. You may not need the whole cup of milk. If it becomes too tacky add in more flour.

Roll dough balls into 1 inch bite sized pieces. Dip in butter, roll in sugar mixture. Add balls to greased 10 inch baking dish. Add remaining butter to top and bake 20-25 minutes. Once cooked add glaze to top and enjoy.
