Pink pasta recipe

16 oz amish noodles, cooked al dente
1/4 cup reserved pasta water
4 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp laoganma chili crisps
1 tbsp italian seasoning
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp minced garlic
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup fresh grated parmesan
1/2 cup aged sharp white cheddar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh cracked pepper
1/4 cup butter
parsley to garnish
protein of choice
In a pan over medium heat add cream, butter and cream cheese. Cook, stirring occasionally until butter and cream cheese are incorporated.
Add in tomato paste, crisps, garlic powder and mince, salt, pepper & italian seasoning. Slowly add cheese, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and toss with pasta and reserved pasta water. Top with protein of choice ❤️
