TERIYAKI CHICKEN RECIPE

1.5 lb chicken thighs cut in bite sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp cold water
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp ground ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp cornstarch
Sliced green onions for garnish
Mix water, soy, honey, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic and cornstarch together. Put aside.
In a skillet over medium high heat add oil and cook chicken on each side approximately 3-4 minutes. Stir in sauce and cook until thickened, about another minute. Serve over rice and garnish with green onions. Enjoy!
