STEAK & SHRIMP YAKI UDON RECIPE πŸ’‹

1 pack udon noodles
8-10 shrimp, tail off and deveined
1 ribeye or sirloin cut in bite sized pieces
3 cloves minced garlic
1 half yellow onion, sliced
4 tbsp vegetable oil, divided
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup bok choy, green parts only
Green onion, sliced
Salt & pepper
Sauce:
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp hoisin sauce
2 tsp rice vinegar or mirin
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp sesame oil
Prepare your sauce and put aside.
Prepare udon noodles according to package and toss with a little oil so they don’t clump together. Put aside.
Season steak with salt and pepper.
Heat oil over medium high heat and cook steak until browned on each side, approximately 1 minute per side. Remove and put aside.
Add in shrimp and cook on each side 2-3 minutes and remove. Put aside.
Add in onions, peppers, bok choy and garlic and cook approximately 3 minutes. Add in noodles, then sauce, then steak and shrimp and toss to coat evenly with sauce. Garnish with green onions and enjoy! πŸ˜‰
