Red snapper, shrimp & grits with a Cajun cream sauce 🔥

Red snapper, shrimp & grits
Snapper:
Season red snapper with salt, pepper, a little chili powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and oregano.
Over medium high heat with a little olive oil cook 4-5 minutes on each side.
Shrimp:
Pat dry, (raw tail off deveined shrimp). Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika.
Over medium high heat sear on each side 2-3 minutes until shrimp make a nice c shape
Grits:
I add heavy cream, butter, salt, pepper, grated Parmesan to my grits after they are done cooking.
Veggies:
I sautéed bell peppers and onions in the same pan I did my fish and shrimp in with a little added oil for about 5-7 minutes over medium high heat.
Cajun cream cheese sauce:
2 tbsp butter
Minced garlic, approx 2-3 cloves
1/4 cup white wine
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
Fresh chopped parsley
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp chili powder
Melt butter over medium heat and cook garlic until fragrant about 1 minute.
Add wine, let it reduce about 2 minutes.
Add in seasonings and let cook another 30 seconds to a minute.
Add in cream and simmer, 2-3 minutes before slowly whisking in Parmesan. Add lemon juice.
Remove from heat.
