Hot honey butter sauce

3/4 cup unsalted butter
2 tbsp honey
4 tbsp sriracha
I’m lying if I say I have measurements on my grits add ins but I used heavy cream, bunch of freshly shredded smoked Gouda, salt, pepper and unsalted butter.
I season my shrimp with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, il chili powder and some Italian seasoning.
Cook on each side 2-3 minutes in a skillet over medium high heat with a lil oil and remove from heat put aside. Add the sausage in and brown.
Remove put aside.
I also like to make a lil cream sauce to go with it 1 cup heavy cream
2 tosp butter
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup white whine
1/4 cup Parmesan freshly grated
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Add butter over medium heat. Add garlic, cook 30 seconds. Add in wine and cook approximately
2 minutes until it is reduced. Add in seasonings.
Add in cream and simmer for 1-2 minutes and then whisk in the Parmesan. Remove from heat. Sautéed bell peppers and onions for about 5 minutes.
