Easy cheeseburger sliders recipe

24 count kings hawaiian rolls
2 lbs ground beef
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp seasoning salt
1 tbsp hamburger seasoning, I use fiesta brand
3 cloves minced garlic
1 cup diced onion
Kinders burger sauce, or sauce of choice
1 cup shredded monterey jack
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
1/2 lb bacon, diced and cooked
garlic butter to brush on top:
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp fresh minced parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350.
Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, break up with spatula and do not disturb again for a few minutes so that you get a nice brown caramelization.
Add in onions, garlic, seasoning salt, worcestershire sauce & hamburger seasoning. Cook until all pink is gone. Drain grease. Put aside.
Cut your rolls in half horizontally with a serrated bread knife. Place the bottom of the rolls in the dish. Top with meat and then bacon, you can add other toppings if you wish. Next add burger sauce and then cheese. Add the top half of rolls and brush with the butter. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Uncover and bake 3-4 more minutes so that the tops of the sliders brown slightly. Remove and brush with more butter. Enjoy!
