CHEESY SHRIMP, SAUSAGE & BACON PASTA

2 cups heavy cream
8 oz pasta of choice, I used rotini
2 cups fresh grated cheese, I used mixture of Gruyère, aged white cheddar and smoked Gouda and mild cheddar
10-12 shrimp, tail off deveined, raw
1 tsp Seafood seasoning
1 link Smoked sausage, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
5 slices bacon, cooked and chopped up
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Fresh parsley for garnish
2 tbsp butter
Season shrimp with seafood seasoning and cook over medium high heat with about 2 tbsp olive oil on each side 2-3 minutes until they make a nice c shape. Put aside and brown sausage. Put aside.
Add butter over medium heat and add in garlic, cooking until fragrant, about one minute.
Next add cream cheese and heavy cream. Once incorporated add in garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt pepper and then slowly add in cheese and remove from heat. Add to cooked rotini noodles.
Add shrimp, sausage and bacon. Garnish with parsley and add more cheese on top of you prefer!
