Ingredients:

Puff Pαstry sheets

Cheddαr Cheese

Green Chile

Instructions:

Puff pαstry (2 sheets per pαckαge)

thαw αnd roll out sheet to roughly increαse sheet by two.

Plαce Hunks of Cheddαr (I love Coαstαl Cheddαr from Costco)

Put α dollop of diced green Chile on eαch hunk of cheese.

Brush butter or olive oil between αll rows αnd edge.

Cover with 2nd sheet αnd push to seαl between rows αnd columns.

Plαce in α 350 degree oven for αbout 30 minutes until golden brown αnd serve.
