In 1964, the Pilot Training School is officially opened. Eᴛʜɪᴏᴘɪᴀn Airlines can now meet its own pilot needs thanks to the creation of this training center. Eᴛʜɪᴏᴘɪᴀn Airlines’ highly sᴋɪʟʟed and knowledgeable training employees are used to achieve this. The Pilot Training School has trained pilots for over 52 nations in Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Europe during the past 50 years.

Currently, the Pilot Training School provides Multi-crew Pilot License and Commercial Pilot License with Instrument and Multi-Engine Rating (CPL/IR/ME) approved training courses (MPL).

For more than 50 years, the Pilot Training School has provided a thorough and well-respected Commercial Pilot License with Instrument and Multiengine Rating. Both the ground and flying teachers at the institution have extensive expertise. Eᴛʜɪᴏᴘɪᴀn Airlines also has all the essential equipment, including simulators, planes (glass cockpit DA 40NG and Cesena 172), well-equipped ground classrooms, and computer-based training rooms.

The curriculum was created in accordance with ICAO standards for the Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL), CPL, and IR/ME Requirements as well as Eᴛʜɪᴏᴘɪᴀn Civil Aviation Authority regulations. Additionally, meeting the EASA ATPL Theoretical Knowledge standards is given great weight. As a result, the EASA and JAA-FCL deep theoretical knowledge training syllabus are benchmarked for accuracy in determining the breadth and level of information.

Eᴛʜɪᴏᴘɪᴀn Airlines’ integrated syllabus for ground and flight training is well-structured and rationally ordered. The 920 class hours that make up the theoretical Knowledge Courses include 120 hours for the Aviation English course and 80 hours for general English. Regulatory body standards, such as the ICAO English Language Proficiency criteria, which call for the provision of an organized Aviation English Course in the Pilot Training School, are also included in our CPL training.
